Skin care routine – in the morning
Your skin constantly needs proper care and hydration because otherwise your health and well-groomed appearance will suffer. Here are the products needed for optimal skin care and especially the correct order of use:
- Cleansing gel
- Toner
- Serum
- Moisturizer
- Sunscreen
The cleansing gel is the first step in the care process and has a role in removing excess sebum and impurities accumulated overnight.
Toner is optional for people who do not have special skin problems. On the other hand, if you have oily skin, dilated pores or skin rashes, it becomes indispensable. The toner contains: salicylic acid, which helps prevent skin pigmentation and remove excess sebum, AHA (Alpha Hydroxi) and BHA (Beta Hydroxi), two chemical scrubs that remove dead skin cells to soften the skin.

The most used serum in the care process is the one based on hyaluronic acid, primarily due to its moisturizing role. You can also opt for a serum based on vitamin C, which has the role of protection against free radicals (which lead to premature aging of the skin). In addition, you will get an enviable glow of your skin.
You will choose the moisturizer depending on your skin. A more fluid cream is suitable for oily skin, just as one with a more viscous composition is suitable for dry skin.
Sunscreen is also commercially available as SPF. It is by far the most important skin care product. Great attention! Its use is mandatory regardless of the season. You can find more information about the importance of using SPF click HERE.
Choose your products according to your skin type and the problems you face. If you have experienced several products and the result was not as expected or created new problems, visit a dermatologist to determine exactly which types of products are right for you.
