10 morning habits that make your day more beautiful

We know how hard it is to wake up in the morning, get out of your warm and comfortable bed and start a new hectic day, in which you have to deal with everyday problems. We aim to help you with some helpful tips on how to plan your morning routine to increase your productivity, lower your stress levels, and significantly increase your ability to concentrate and memorize.

1. Don’t turn the phone on

No matter how hard it may seem, no matter how much you want to steal another five minutes of sleep, get up at the first sound of the alarm. It may seem difficult at first, but over time you will notice that this habit will make your nervousness and agitation disappear. Choose your favorite song or an energizing song for the alarm.

2. Make your bed and ventilate the room

This habit will help you to organize yourself better throughout the day. It’s like you’ve already completed the first task of the day! A healthy and generous breakfast prevents you from gaining extra pounds and gives you all the nutrients you need to start your day full of energy and vitality!

6. Set aside time for coffee

Coffee is our moment of relaxation combined with the dose of energy needed for the current day. Did you know that people who drink coffee regularly have a lower risk of depression? Give importance to this moment of pampering and enjoy it either in the company of a loved one or by meditating on yourself. Don’t drink your coffee on the run while you’re behind the wheel or on public transportation.

7. Meditate or talk to yourself

Make time for your thoughts! Whether you dedicate time to it or choose to do it at the same time as enjoying coffee or walking to the office, choose to set aside 5-10 minutes a day to put your mind in order. Start with the idea that you are the most important person in your life. If it’s good for you, it will be good for your loved ones. Meditating on yourself, on your aspirations and problems, you will see that you will find new remedies, you will eliminate stressors, frustrations and nerves. 8. Be beautiful every day

You are a woman and you know how important it is to look good every day. Dress in whatever you like, wear comfortable shoes, style your hair and don’t forget to put on make-up. This aspect will further increase your self-confidence and will greatly improve your mood.

9. Greet your friends with a smile or a funny message

Guided by the phrase “tone makes music”, post on social media or in the WhatsApp group you have with friends a greeting followed by a smile, an optimistic message, a maxim of the day or a good joke. That, of course, if you can’t skip being on your phone in the first part of the day 🙂

10. Once at the office, organize your work

Make that to-do list in the morning, which will help you to be more efficient, and in time you will notice that you will get rid of the panic caused by the fact that you will not finish the tasks of that day. You always start with the hardest and most time consuming to solve.
