Preparation time: 10 minutes.
Cooking time: 40-50 minutes.
Ingredients needed for 2-3 servings:
- 400 grams of boiled or canned chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon oil
- ground coriander
- granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon curry or paprika
- salt to taste
Preparation method:
Drain the chickpeas well and rinse them in a few drops of cold water. Whether you choose canned or fresh, make sure you drain it well. Then spread it on kitchen paper and dab it to make sure it is dry. Otherwise, you risk getting boiled chickpeas instead of baked chickpeas.
Put the chickpeas in a bowl, add the oil and mix well until you make sure it is evenly spread on all the chickpeas. Then add the other ingredients and mix well.
Spread the chickpeas well in a stove tray that you have previously lined with baking paper, making sure that the chickpeas are not too close or stacked between them and put them in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40- 50 minutes or until you see that the chickpeas are crispy.
Serve cold.
Tip: Take the tray out of the oven from time to time and move it to make sure the chickpeas are rotating on all sides. This way you will get a uniform baking of your snack.
