Three-day dissociated diet

Also known as a metabolism-changing diet, if properly maintained, this diet promises to lose a large number of pounds in a very short time. Dieters managed to lose between 4 and 9 kilograms in just nine days.

The principle behind this diet is extremely simple: eliminate the association of various food groups in order to speed up metabolism.

The 3-3-3 principle is quite simple and involves:

  • The first 3 days you can eat fruits and vegetables in any quantity, raw or cooked;
  • meat, fish and eggs are eaten for the next 3 days;
  • the last 3 days are dedicated to dairy products.

However, there are some general rules that you must strictly follow:

  • Do not consume anything after 20:00;
  • It is forbidden to drink any beverage except water and unsweetened tea;
  • It is allowed to drink only one coffee a day, unsweetened;
  • It consumes at least 2 liters of water per day, ideally it would be around 2.5 liters;
  • You can use any kind of spices, but not in excess;
  • It is forbidden to eat oil or any other type of fat. Meat is eaten only boiled, roasted or baked;
  • Respects the food digestion period of 3 hours between meals;
  • Prohibited vegetables: peas, potatoes, dried beans;
  • Prohibited fruits: bananas, grapes, dried or candied fruits;
  • Prohibited dairy products: cream, butter, cheese. Dairy products must contain a maximum of 2% fat and a maximum of 10% telemeau;
  • Prohibited meat: pork, game meat, any kind of sausages, smoked meats, minced meat;
  • On days when you are allowed to eat fruits, eat them raw, avoid smoothies or fresh foods, as it may increase your hunger.

You need a lot of willpower and a disciplined character as you will notice that it is not an easy diet to follow. If you find it difficult, you can opt for the 1-1-1 option, then continue with 2-2-2 and only at the end you can try the 3-3-3 option.

BEWARE of the yo-yo effect, because the sooner you enjoy the results, the sooner you can gain weight back. That is why we recommend that at the end of the diet you try to continue dissociation on the main meals of the day for at least a week, more precisely avoiding the combination of food groups at the main meals. And of course, a healthy lifestyle and lots of sports will keep you from gaining weight for longer.

As it is a very restrictive diet, we RECOMMEND that you consult a specialist before starting it, especially if you know that you have certain health problems.
