Baked apples and quince with cinnamon

We thought of presenting you a dessert variant for the periods when you are on a diet, it is extremely delicious, it does not take much time to prepare and the mixture of baked apple and cinnamon will definitely remind you of your childhood.

Preparation time: 10 minutes.

Cooking time: 40-50 minutes.

Ingredients needed for 3-4 servings:

  • 6-7 medium-sized apples;
  • 3 quince;
  • 200 grams of walnuts;
  • Cinnamon to taste;
  • 3-4 tablespoons brown sugar or honey.

Preparation method:

Wash the fruit well, paying special attention to the quinces, from which you must remove the fluff well.

Cut the quinces in half and carve out the seeds, remove the stub from the apples. In a bowl, mix the cinnamon with the brown sugar and ground walnuts and add the resulting mixture to the hollow fruit.

Place the stuffed fruit on a baking tray that you have lined with baking paper and bake for about 40-50 minutes on medium heat (until soft). But be sure to take the apples out of the oven about 10 minutes before the quinces.

Sprinkle with a little cinnamon before serving.

Tip: If you want to remove the sugar from the recipe, choose to fill the fruit with only cinnamon and walnuts, and after you take them out of the oven and they have cooled a little, add bee honey to taste.
