Green tea – a good choice for your body

This type of oriental tea has earned its name “green” from the fact that its leaves always retain their color, even after thermal preparation. Green tea leaves are rich in: fiber, protein, calcium, iron, sodium, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, potassium, caffeine, folic acid, beta-carotene and the list goes on.

The consumption of green tea has multiple therapeutic roles, such as:
