The path to success in fulfilling your dream
In all the daily chaos we often live in moments when we no longer know what we want from life, what is our goal on this earth or on the contrary, we wake up at the opposite pole, when we want too much, and all at once. And as if that weren’t enough, there is also panic: what do I do, how do I do it, with what resources, who will support me, if new failures come, etc.?
Well, we have to learn to say STOP! to these negative emotional states, which give us the feeling that we are spinning in a vicious circle from which we have no way out and, worse, most of the time it turns into new failures.
Here are some steps you can take to begin the process of preparation for mediation:
1. Set your goals
Whether we are talking about emotional fulfillment (finding the ideal partner, conceiving a child, understanding in a couple, etc.), professional (accessing a higher position, finding a better job) or financial (starting a profitable business, salary increases), you must first set what you want to accomplish in the next period, taking into account some criteria:
- The goal must be ethical, that is, to ensure that it does not harm third parties. You will never feel truly fulfilled if, for example, you resort to “human-to-human exploitation” professionally;
- The goal is to represent yourself, not focus on doing something just because others have such expectations of you. The theory applies the other way around, you don’t decide for someone else.

2. Be realistic
Make sure that what you set out to do is achievable. If others have succeeded, you will surely succeed. Identifies the necessary resources: financial, human, material. But do not forget that the most important are first of all your own resources, including those of an emotional nature. Beyond the support of those around you, the basis of success lies in your own resources.
3. Don’t stop at the first impasse
Most of the time, problems arise, smaller or bigger, in reaching the goal. The important thing is to:
- A little problem can’t stop you from fulfilling your dream.
- Identify the problem and what is the way to solve it. Take into account the opinions of those involved in achieving the goal, but if they did not convince you, follow your instinct. It is not for nothing that it is said that it’s better to regret something you did than what you didn’t do.
- You always think that you are stronger than you seem and that they all come with a purpose. Stay away from the negative influences that come from outside: do not allow anyone to destroy your dreams. A first impasse does not mean failure, but only a slightly more difficult path to success.
- And because you are the one who decides for yourself, try to eliminate those around you who are trying to put sticks in your wheels. Negative influences can delay or even hinder your path to success.
- Think positive. Your sentences should start with I will succeed, not with a negation like no, I can’t.
- Be responsible. Make your own decisions and you will prove yourself strong.
Remember: Important things are not easy. In addition, the harder you work to achieve your goal, the better your chances of success and satisfaction.
And one more thing: strongly believe that your dream will come true. If you doubt your success, never expect to be supported by others. Optimism will attract positive energies and so the whole Universe will work to fulfill your dream. Good luck!
