7 reasons to eat dates daily

Although they are an excellent source of dietary fiber and contain about 15 minerals, the vast majority avoid eating dates commercially because we know that dried fruits usually fatten. That’s right, dried fruits, by losing their water content, increase their caloric intake by up to ten times.
