Munchies for brownie

Delicious and fast delight! Chocolate brownie.

Fancy something sweet and quick to prepare? Here is an extremely quick recipe, which takes only 5 minutes to prepare. In addition, the ingredients used are affordable and the result is truly spectacular.

Preparation time: 5 minutes.

Cooking time: 40-50 minutes.

Ingredients needed for 3-4 servings:

  • 140 grams of flour or ml 250 ml cup (if you do not have a kitchen scale);
  • 100 grams of cocoa;
  • 125 grams of butter;
  • 300 grams of sugar;
  • 4 eggs;
  • A pinch of salt;
  • 200 grams of Nutella or any other chocolate or hazelnut cream.

Preparation method:

Mix the melted butter with the sugar and stir for a few seconds. Gradually add the eggs, one at a time, making sure to mix well after each one.

Separately, incorporate the flour and baking powder into a bowl, over which you combine the rest of the dry ingredients: cocoa and salt.

Gradually mix the dry ingredients in the liquid composition with the help of a spatula. At the end, lightly incorporate Nutella or the cream of your choice in the composition. Line the tray with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.

Tricks:

  • If you want to add walnuts, you can grind 100 grams and incorporate them into the dry ingredients. In this case, fill the liquid composition with 2-3 tablespoons of milk.
  • You can choose to glaze your brownie instead of incorporating the cream into the composition. In this case, follow the steps above, except for the combination of the chocolate cream, which you will melt (holding the cream jar in hot water until the composition becomes liquid) and add it after the cake is baked.
