Keep in mind that every morning at breakfast you can eat 300 grams of your favorite fruits: pomegranate, grapefruit, peaches, strawberries, kiwi, cherries, apples, apricots, etc.
The snack, which is served between breakfast and dinner, consists of: two carrots, 30 grams of oilseeds (nuts, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts – raw).

It is very important to drink 2.5-3 liters of water a day and not drink alcohol at all. Also, coffee is drunk only in the morning, without sugar.
