3 easy steps to lose weight effortlessly

The long-awaited summer has finally arrived and you certainly can’t wait to put on your swimsuit to enjoy the sun and the sun. But, most of the time we find that in the cold season we “gained” a few extra pounds.

And as the fight against weight gain is a constant for the vast majority, here are three simple steps you can take to maintain your ideal weight for a long time and without considerable effort.

But keep in mind that starvation is not a successful solution, on the contrary, it can cause you health problems and that a healthy lifestyle is a permanent goal, not just when we want to look good on certain occasions.

1. Eliminate or reduce carbohydrate intake

By eliminating carbohydrate intake from your diet, you can increase your daily caloric intake by up to 100 kcal. Basically, you will eat more and lose weight. Plus, low-carb vegetables can be eaten in large quantities. Among them we mention: broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, salad, cucumbers.

Eliminate unhealthy fats (“naked” carbohydrates) and go for olive oil, coconut oil, small amounts of butter.

Any meal based on healthy protein (lean chicken, beef, fish, eggs, beans) in combination with vegetables will be a health boost for you.

However, if you want to consume small amounts of carbohydrates, it is not a problem, but choose to enjoy them in the first part of the day or at lunch.

2. Drink plenty of water

Consuming at least 2 liters of water a day will practically help you lose weight without too much effort. A sufficient amount of water will help you to maintain the feeling of satiety for a long time on the one hand, and on the other hand it will speed up the process of eliminating toxins from the body, improving metabolic health.

Also, a glass of water consumed half an hour before a meal will speed up your fat burning process by up to 40%.

3. Movement is the key

If you manage to exercise 3 times a week, it is ideal. But in order to stick to your plan, it is best to try to practice sports every day and so you will not regret that you did not complete your weekly plan.
