
Home made guacamole – delicious recipe
Guacamole is, as the name suggests, a sauce based on avocado fruit.
It can be served as such or as a garnish for steaks. If you decide to watch a movie and need “snacks”, you can quickly prepare a guacamole sauce to serve with tortilla chips.
We offer you a quick and easy version of guacamole sauce that you will definitely want to repeat.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Necessary ingredients:
- 2 well-ripened avocados
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig of green onions
- A pinch of salt
- pepper
- The juice of half a lemon
- Optionally, a tomato
Preparation method:
Wash the tomatoes and onions well and leave them on a paper towel until they drain well. Crush the garlic cloves and finely chop the onion. Thoroughly clean the tomatoes from the seeds inside and cut them into small cubes. Drain them in a sieve.
Now you can take care of the avocado. After peeling it, pass it well with a fork. Finally, mix the rest of the ingredients and your guacamole sauce is ready.
Advice:
Avocado has the property of oxidizing immediately, so it is important to have the rest of the ingredients ready when you peel it. After peeling, chop it with a fork in 2-3 places and immediately add the lemon juice before completing the chopping process. Lemon juice has the property of preventing the oxidation of the fruit, so its blackening!
