
Tacos – Mexican style in your home
If you are a lover of Mexican food and want to take into account your diet at the same time, we recommend an absolutely delicious and quick recipe for tacos, which is made extremely quickly and is also healthy on the surface.
Our version of tacos is much healthier than those prepared in the city and gives you the freedom to juggle both the ingredients and the quantities used in the preparation.
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Necessary ingredients (3-4 servings):
- 3-4 was tortilla. We recommend the wholemeal tortilla variant, which is much healthier and can be easily found in supermarkets.
- Guacamole sauce. We recommend the version HERE, which will not prolong your tacos preparation time by more for 10 minutes.
- A small box of sweet corn kernels.
- A small box of red beans.
- A medium salad.
- 700 grams of chicken breast
- 2 sour cucumbers
- 1 tomato
Preparation method:
Chicken breast is grilled or pan-fried. We recommend the grill option as it is healthier and has fewer calories. While the meat is cooking, we can take care of the vegetables, which, after washing, we slice thinly. Chop the lettuce leaves separately. When the chicken breast is ready, we cut it into long strips and then we can take care of the tortilla leaves. Heat the pan on the stove and bake each sheet for about 1 minute on each side, until well heated.
It’s time to dump her and move on. Grease the tortilla sheet with guacamole, add the lettuce, chicken breast, slices of tomato and pickled cucumber, and before packing, toss a few beans and corn on top. At the end we add about a tablespoon of guacamole and our tacos is ready.
Trick:
You can roll your tacos like an oriental shaorma, which makes it easy to handle during meals. For appearance, however, we recommend the shell version, simply joining the sides of the tortilla leaf. Good appetite!
