
Healthy yogurt bars
Do you feel like eating something good and don’t feel like leaving the house? YES, you can ask your boyfriend to go and buy you something good or you can ask a friend to bring you something good, under the pretext of a “get together” or you can simply order. But even easier than that, is to prepare a yogurt stick with fruit and chocolate, healthy and tasty.
What you need? Just a few ingredients:
- 400 g Greek
- yogurt or maple syrup
For topping you need:
- 60 gr chocolate
- 30 gr chopped hazelnuts
- 150g frozen fruit
It cooks super fast:
Mix greek yogurt well with honey or maple syrup. Put the composition in a tray – not very large, it should fit in the freezer -, lined with a baking sheet and spread evenly over the entire surface of the trays. Sprinkle the chocolate, hazelnuts and frozen fruit over the composition and put it in the freezer for about 3 hours or until it hardens very well.
When ready, take the tray out of the freezer and cut the composition into pieces the size of a chocolate bar.
And that’s how you have “something good” tasty, healthy and without resorting to friends, boyfriend or courier.
